TY Ted

The present NVR i have is the Sibell

16 Channel 4K Mini 1U Sibell NVR, NVR-SB16ME

link is:  https://www.securitycameraking.com/NVR-SB16ME.html

Does this qulaify as an Elite series and would i just obtain an additional unit? (you mention ELite series above)

That sounds very easy

Bandwidth is not a problem, it's Verizon FIOS at both locations, almost Gig Ethernet both upstream and downstream (940Mbps dn and 870Mbps upstream), from what i can determine very little bandwidth is being used presently and both sites have VOIP telephones service but that doesnt add much at all in terms of demand, so the video upstreaming from origination and dnstreaming to "duplicate remote location" NVR would be primary consumer of the bandwidth.

CAN the remote NVR ALSO be used as its own local target for ONVIF devices?

I think Matt mentioned on the phone that these type NVRs are ONVIF version 2.3 compatible?

Ty again.
