Some Prime Recorders after upgrading their firmware may show odd characters, this happens when an old configuration is used with a new firmware that does not contain these configurations in the same memory slot. To fix this please contact our Tech Team for a reset. A password reset performed using the SADPT Tools and then this is used to factory Reset the recorder which brings the recorder to a clean slate, removing any issues.
