I don't think it's the cameras either. I removed all of them and tried each one on each port with the same results. I also swapped the power supply and had the same results, which is why I don't think it's the power adapter. I suppose it could be the board in the DVR, but it's brand new. I deal with network switches, PC's, etc. all the time and it's rare to get something in new and it doesn't work. What voltage should I see at the camera, 12V?
