Yea this is the type of system I meant by coax. These should be very easy to troubleshoot. Could still be the power supply, could be the cable (less likely since all cams don't work) or could be the DVR is defective.
At this point I would recommend testing the power source as previously mentioned. For all of the cameras to do this the issue must be something all of the cameras share like the power or the DVR...
