I just tried it from another iPhone that has never had the app installed and it found it both ways "Sibell" and "Sibell Mobile".
I will have a video made for you from a phone that has never installed this app before, I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm not saying your not seeing what your seeing, I'm saying I do not see the same issue. Also no other customer has reported this as an issue, if this was related to the application we would have had an issue right out of the gate with every customer.
