Looks like Heath beat me to it - but here you go anyway =
On your PC keyboard - find the Windows 'Flying Flag' key between Ctrl and Alt on the lower left - hold that down and press R one time. That gets a 'Run' prompt up - typ cmd in the prompt and click OK = that will get a black DOS window up. In that window type ipconfig and click Enter. This will show a list of your wired and wireless connection IP addresses. If you are using a wired connection - look for 'Ethernet adapter local area Connection. If you see a 192.168.1.xxx (where xxx is any number) in there - that is your IP address. The first three sets of numbers need to match on your PC and the NVR. (The last number must be different)
(This is all assuming you are on site with the NVR and connected to the same LAN)
