Hey guys, I'm having trouble connecting to my DVR. I'm using the general config tool and it is locating my DVR but when I click login this message keeps popping up. "Note: Current device IP and PC IP may be not in the same network segment or the port setting is incorrect. Please reset and then try again." My PC and DVR are both plugged into the same router, and I have a static IP address. The DVR says it's connected to the internet but I cannot retrieve the feed through my PC or through my gDMSS app. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.
