With this NVR-ELE16 and many other recorders the BNC OUT comes disabed for security purposes if you wish to use the BNC OUT you will need to navigate to Menu>System>Display
The recorder will reboot after settings are saved, once the unit boots up you will have video from the BNC VIDEO OUT.
