Hi.
I have a generic Chinese CCTV camera system with 4 "bullet" style cameras, and an "h.264 DVR" setup. Installed everything according to the rather poor single instruction sheet that came with it about a year ago. Earlier this week, without warning, the screen showing the four camera feeds went black. I immediately thought that the older VGA monitor just went out, so I replaced it with a slightly newer, flat screen VGA monitor, and with a new VGA cable. The problem is still there. All the lights are lit up on both the DVR and the monitor, but there is "no signal" floating on the monitor screen, and no images from the cameras.
I'm at a complete loss as to why I have no signal coming from the DVR to the monitor. I've even bought a brand new ZModo DVR from ebay, and it has been installed, with no changes whatsoever.
Any ideas?
