Darryl on Adding second PTZ but cant get tilt to work

I have the " Elite 8 Channel DVR 1U 4K Pentabrid HD over Coaxial & IP" I already have the " Elite 25X 2MP HDCVI Infrared PTZ Security Camera [#CVIPTZ-EL2IRL25X-D2] " PTZ for a while and it works great. I just bought the "Alliance 1080p HD-TVI, CVI, AHD, Analog 2MP Mini 18X PTZ Security Camera" and I can not get it to work properly. I had this set to cvi which is what I am using on my dvr. It looks to be set al address 001 and baud of 2400. This will zoom and pan just fine but will not tilt up or down. ALso I can not get the osd to pop up on the screen. I click enter menu from the ptz box and nothing shows on the monitor like my other ptz camera?
