So I bought a 64-channel NVR back in March 2016, and a few months ago I had a hard-drive failure. I'm finally getting around to doing something about it, and I can't find the circular barrel-type key that lets me get access to the drives.
Assuming it's possible, what do I have to give you, to get a replacement ?
