Tommy on HDOB-AL5IRZ IR LED's

All,

I am mounting 8 of the HDOB-AL5IRZ cameras on the side of a metal building.  I noticed that the IR LED's are reflecting off the building and washing out the camera's view. Any tricks to stop this type of flash back from the IR's and building?

Also some of the cameras point toward each other and the IR's from the opposite camera seems to be producing a large white spot on the the opposing cameras view.  Any ideas to minimize this?  The cameras are on each corner of the building and face toward the middle.
