See there are several factor that you need to take care off while choosing camera apart from camera feature, price etc. Other factor which are important are Usage (if you want to use CCTV Camera during day time or night), Budget, Structure of your Home and Office. Here i am giving you a comparision between the IR LED Camera & Thermal IR Camera.
First of all, Yogesh you need to know about Infrared Radiation. IR Radiation is electromagnetic radiation are not visible from human eye and have wavelength longer than those of visible light (VIBGYOR). And Infrared radiation is emitted by Objects that are warmer than absolute zero (in case of seurity the Objects may be Theif).

Price: If we talk about the price of Thermal Infrared Surveillance Camera then it is expensive than CCTV IR LED Security Camera.
Range: IR LED Security Camera which has low price has the range of operation in less than 40 meters while a good Thermal Infrared Surveillance Camera can detect heat up to a distance of 1 Km. A good & expensive IR LED has the range of up to 250 meters.
