Jer7of9 on Need to enable motion detect for IP cams installed 2 years ago

Two years ago when I installed my NVR-ELM-8-POE-DH, I forgot to enable motion detect in some of the cameras ipod-el3mpir50. I tried hooking the camera up to poe switch and use ip detect tool but no luck. The NVR gives the cam 10.1.1.66 address. What do I have to do to use IE to see and setup the Cam and then hook it backup to the NVR.

Please detail the complete process. 

Makes my head spin.

2 of 8 cams have normal motion detect. I need to enable motion detect on the other 6. NVR-ELM-8-POE-DH, ch8, alarm4, alarm out2, system version 3.200.0000.6R, build date 11/27/2014, web 3.1.0.5, SN XXXXXXXXXXX
