Hello,
I wanted to share with you how to disable IR in our IPPTD-EL1IRE-W.
You will want to access the camera using Internet Explorer. Navigate to Camera/Conditions/
Now change "Day & Night" mode to Color. This will leave the camera set to color, and it will no longer go into
black and white. Thanks!
