cbarricm on Camera IPOB-TP2MP250L660-W not working with older NVR (2013 build)

 I have a long range camera model  IPOB-TP2MP250L660-W that does not work with NVR serial no. PA3LF056W00127.  I have tried newer NVR's and the camera comes up no problem.  I did verify the cable is good at the customer site.  Is there a compatibility issue or maybe update firmware?
