Thanks for the correct wiring.
I had already made and installed wiring my way - just did not plug in the cameras as yet.
What is wrong with my way ?
Will it work with 2mp IP cameras or network switch (without POE) ?
Is there an easy fix at the network switch side if necessary ?
I am trying to avoid going up the lamp post to cut, re-pin and test aerial wires - it is a very big job
