Hello everyone, this is my first post in this forum, I hope i'm not breaking any rule.
So, I got this set of cameras

Like 1 and half year ago on amazon, they worked just fine untill one day the screen showed a black image, In my country, falls in electricity(i dont know how to say it in english, but i mean when electricity goes and come quickly) are very common, i replaced the protector and they got fixed. Now it's happened again and i replaced the protector once again but the problem(same black screen) still remains. So i called the technician and he concluded that the problem was on the electronic part and he had no idea about electronics so... this puts me in a very difficult position i can't just take it to a samsung service agency because of where i live. So, this brand(sammsung) is new for him(in security cameras) and it gave him a hard time when setting the cameras so i don't trust this guy very much. Before i replace the DVR I'd like to know what else can i do. I'm clueless.
