I am sorry you are having an issue. First, you have the wrong ports for the Sibell machines. Unlike the Elite series recorders, with Sibell the ports to make sure you have open on your router are HTTP which is defaulted to port 80, the server port defaults to 6036, and the RTSP port defaults to 554.
Now in the Elite series the HTTP is the same, but it uses the TCP port of 37777. The TCP port is what the phone application and CMS software use, similar to the server port in the Sibell series.
For remote viewing make sure you get all 3 ports, HTTP, Server, and RTSP, forwarded in your router.
I always suggest changing from standard default ports, but that is my personal opinion. If you need assistance please contact tech support.
