BrightSparks on Problem burning footage, Error on screen

Hi All,
Needing some help with a issue i have with a 16ch ADATA DVR i have in my bar,
When i go to burn some footage i do everything as normal but after i click 'start' To burn the footage and about 30secs later a box with pops up saying 'A Error Has Occurred'
Ive tried different disc's and even different times and dates of different footage and have also installed a brand new DVD Writer to see if that would cure it but still the same issue,
ive also selected default settings but still the same
Anyone got any ideas?
