We have had an HYBDVR-FE016480 for a while. It is accessed on our network here with no problems. We just got a TRIDVR-ELE8M. That works fine itself but we are unable to log into it on a machine that has logged into the HYBDVR. I set it up with a proper static IP and DNS. The login screen comes up but the login always fails.
I am able to log into it successfully from a fresh machine that has never accessed the other DVR. After that machine has been in the TRIDVR it will not log in to the HYBDVR. It seems like an authentication problem or some conflict but we haven't had any issues like that with anything else. The basic IP/Subnet/DNS settings are fine. The user name and password are fine because they work locally and on machines that have not previously accessed the other DVR. The error message says "Invalid Password" if I enter an incorrect password, so it is getting the proper credentials, it is failing for some other reason.
I would appreciate any guidance here.
