Thanks Dan, but I'm here to answer my own question 
B is the Baseline Profile H.264 and H is the High Profile H.264, while just H.264 is the Main Profile.
Baseline is the more basic one, better for playback on slower devices.
Main and High add features on top of the Baseline.
