bahamassecurity on H.264, H.264B or H.264H?

The DVRs from late 2015 to now, come with these 3 types of H.264.

I noticed that some cameras do not look as crisp as they did before, and I am wondering if that could be the type of H.264 I am using, or DVR firmware, or maybe the camera firmware themselves - which has all changed.

Does anyone have any idea which of the 3 H.264 types produces the best quality?
