Turns out I had everything set right... I have an ISP that does not see the need to open 37777 or 80 on a managed router. As a matter of act, they tell me there is no managed router, even though I can navigate to it and get a log in screed (as can Jose and Brian at SCK) but the ISP will not give me log in information for their "Antenna"! It is a microwave internet system and I cannot find anyone at their company that understands that their "antenna" also does routing! The login page at that IP address says it is a router.
In the mean time we have a work around using easy4IP. Not the route I wanted to go, but until I can get the ISP to open those ports, it will work.
