I noticed that on your orders you do not have a drive from us, Please be sure to utilize a surveillance type drive if you are using a non-surveillance type drive you will end up with a drive that fails quicker or has errors such as the one you are experiencing. The .AVI format is a popular standard, please use VLC PLayer or any other player that has the AVI encode libraries.
