If you are on an att modem please be sure to turn off or disable the IPV6 Settings. If the IPV6 setting is turned on, once you have disabled this you will need to restart the modem and all devices on the network. I have seen this create an issue and I am mentioning it only because you mention you have an @ATT.net email address. You can also open a chat session and get a Technician to remote into your computer and check your network and settings to see what combination is best for your location.
