It is strange that the cameras turn on for a half hour and then go out. There seems to be something failing here. I would recommend taking a camera down and testing it directly at the recorder with a different power supply and cable. Let us know if that helps. Thanks!
Thanks for the response. I'm assuming at this point that it is the dvr itself that is the problem, though I can't figure it out. I switched out the dvr with my older one and the system seems to be working fine now.
